SIMER introduced its newsletter, "SIMER Pulse" on 1st of September, 2008. With the launch of "SIMER Pulse", SIMER has again emerged as a leader, with SiMER Pulse being 1st management newsletter by any of the management institutes in the region.
SIMER Pulse will give shape to the thoughts of intellectual minds, and would serve as a platform between the students and the management. The purpose of initiating a newsletter by PR & Media Committee is to encourage the students to develop thoughts with regards to application of management in various fields and to boost them towards research for the development of the society.
The newsletter is published on monthly basis, and is delivered free of cost by the institute. The newsletter can be accessed through our website as well.

Research is an integral part of any academic institution. This section portrays the research initiatives taken by the students & faculty at SIMER in various forms.
Primary Research is field research carried out by students as a part of their regular curriculum, as well as specific industry/company projects.
Most primary research comprises of extensive primary data collection, organization and analysis.
These reports are prepared by students under the guidance of faculty at SIMER.

SIMER also undertakes consulting projects to help the corporate and non-corporate sectors, public system and government through analytical and problem solving support. Consulting at SIMER is viewed as a dynamic learning process for the faculty. It provides an opportunity for them to share insights with practitioners and contributes to experimentation and new learning by clients. Consulting brings the faculty in contact with real-life managerial problems, and thus greatly enriches teaching and research.

Secondary Research Papers are papers authored by students, which focus on core management or management application areas, and involve deep secondary/primary research into the topics.
These papers are prepared with extensive guidance provided by faculty at SIMER and mentors from the industry.
